Dishonest staff

Pool, good cocktails. Not much else

A staff member from the bar followed one of us to our room to pay for some drinks they we had already signed to our room. He claimed that because it was over 1million dong we had to pay. Our friend handed over the money but when we checked out there was no record of this and we were made to pay again! It wasn't a small amount either over $90aus. Reception staff looked at security footage but because he had come to our friends room it wasn't seen. Clearly this staff member stole from us. We learnt out lesson and didn't charge anything to room for the rest of our trip! A shame that we could be scammed by a staff member. We also weren't given a meal that we ordered one evening but rather than tell us they didn't have any left my son was left to have no dinner until I questioned them about his meal.

Excellent location, nice pool, friendly staff

The staff, location and pool

I would prefer Booking.com to charge in my local currency at the point of booking or actual stay, rather than directly from the hotel. They charged me additional USD20/day as I brought my kids with me who can well stay in my room with 1 queen and 1 single.

Ironing and bathroo

Breakfast is okay Good tasted alright The omelette lady does a good job Ready made food like friend rice etc isn’t all that tasty.

Here’s the thing, there is no ironing board nor iron provided inside the room. We had to either outsource to housekeeping maids to do it for us with a fee. Or do it ourselves at the store room. The bathroom water outlet poorly designed so much so that the water doesn’t get into the hole in the floor but back inside to the rest of the bathroom Please do something about bathroom inside room304 . Thanks!

Nice stay at Beautiful Boutique Hotel

The location is perfect. The staff are just lovely and happy in their service. Breakfast around the pool was a joy. The swimming pool is a big asset. The reception staff are great as our airport taxi had not arrived that we’d booked ourselves, so they booked a one which came within minutes.

Our room view looked on to fire escape staircase. That was a bit disappointing, as return guests we had a better room last time but thought we’d upgrade. However, it was minor issue really as we only there to sleep and shower.

Breakfast was good with very nice seating location around the pool, some good specials around "happy hour" Location perfect.

Bed seem to take up full size of bedroom, and you cannot walk around it without bumping your leg.

Relaxing amongst busy Bui Vien St tourist area

So close to all the activities of Bui Vien tourist area yet so peaceful with fabulous pool and oasis cafe/bar to relax in

Rooms were very small and basic fittings snd tiny bathroom with bed (although very comfortable) pushed up against wall - which meant climbing over bed to get out - but being amongst the noisy action at night it was surprisingly quiet in room The lights had to be turned off at door no switch next to bed. Pool area made up for all the downsides. .

Excellent stay ion the middle of a very busy area.

A good breakfast every morning and all staff very friendly, We extended our stay 7 days due some medical work being done. Although it is in the middle of the entertainment area and the noise from the music could be heard, it was not enough to detract from the overall experience of the hotel.

The staff were all excellent.

The staff were all excellent. Friendly, and very helpful. Y, the manager, was amazing. I dropped my passport at Da Nang airport and she made multiple phone calls to help me retrieve it. The desk staff, doormen, waiters and porters were all polite and helpful. The location could not have been better. Very close to the popular evening walking street, but insulated from the very loud noise it produced! The pool was a great place to be on a hot day. And they are all hot days!

Haha. Only the noisy band on our last night! They were actually very talented, and I would have enjoyed listening to them, but my husband and I went to the restaurant for a meal and couldn't hear ourselves speak! And the room would have benefitted from net curtains as we were overlooked by the building on the other side of the alleyway.
